 My eyes look to You the secret of life to follow You and walk in Your steps.
You ease my path...on the rock You raise me and guide me.
And I bear my cross and follow You and built my home on the rock of eternal life
I enter through the narrow gate and shadow with me Your glory and light and receive Your image.
Meditate in Your law day and night and I take shelter under Your wings
I forget my own wisdom and my intelligence and as a young child I walk behind You.
I live in meekness and live the ascetic life until I attain purity of heart with You
For the hope of the resurrection I walk in this world as a sojourner looking to the eternal repose.
You quench my thirst and I take refuge in You in my afflictions and I long for You
My lord Jesus Christ come and complete Your work within me and lead me to You
